Avocado for Healthy Heart!

Avocado is an amazing food..
Many people are concerned about the high level of fat in avocado and try to avoid using it.

However, studies have demonstrated that avocado provides many health benefits; including being useful in controlling cholesterol levels.

Avocado contains the monounsaturated fat (oleic acid) which reduces the amount of ‘bad fats’ in the bloodstream.

Adding avocado to your diet can, therefore, reduce cholesterol and is useful in maintaining good heart health.

More on other benefits of eating avocado, in tomorrow’s blog…..
